This travel agent cheated people, especially Lady named Arifa who booked my flight through Qatar and due to flight cancellations from Covid they got the refund(information which I got from Qatar airlines) now their phone is not working, looks like they took advantage and made lot of money. Going to complain to Police or Authorities, Lesson learnt- never book through local travel agent
