Suzan is horrible. Hung up on me while I was politely asking a question about cancellation. She only had been away for about 1 minute then called me back. She told me she called the airline in that 1 minute. That cannot be true. Just getting through the phone menus on airlines takes 3 minutes and the wait to talk to an agent is over 5 minutes!nnShe is lying about fees... Is it $300 or $350? She is telling me that the airline is charging me and the airline is telling me that agent charges me. I believe the airline over her.nnDon't book here. Terrible service, fake fees for their profit, and disrespectful.
