Brandon and his crew at Flex Auto are some of the best! They are professional & knowledgeable about their craft, but they are also a ton of fun to be around! Great shop that will not try to up sale products or service. I recently have had A/C work, an oil change, small repairs to the door, and suspension work completed. This shop is really an honest crew that will take care of your car or truck. While working on my suspension I thought I needed some specific work done. They could have easily just done it and charged me for it. The informed me that it was not necessary at this time. Try them out and you will find that they are a fast and reliable shop.
I was on tight timeframe and asked these guys if they could squeeze me in. They were extremely helpful, transparent, and let me know what options I had. They fit me in the next day and installed my transmission cooler. I was extremely impressed. Especially after another place in town told me I wouldn’t be able to find someone to help me on such short notice.
They did an awesome job! Our Honda Pilot is 10 years old and rides like new after Flex put on new shocks and struts. They were accurate in their bid and communicate well.
These guys are the best. Upfront, dependable, good repairs, reasonably priced. Go the second mile~even providing customers with rides if needed. They have a well deserved reputation of being one of the top three mechanic shops in that area of the community.
