Don’t recommend asking employees for assistance. Instead of referring us to a professional because they didn't know how to change a headlight, two employees spent an hour wasting our time. We had to tell them to just rig the parts back on as best they could so we could leave because it was clear we needed a professional to fix a lot more than just swapping out a headlight because of the damage they caused.

I have never been more impressed with an O'Reilly's than I have been by this one, though they've all been good. Jana, the excellent Manager, helped me so much with everything I needed in getting my new alternator ordered and installed in record time as I was just passing through and it was a Friday - almost the weekend. She relieved me of all the stress I was under, as did her team of excellent employees. I highly recommend this place!

Carlos was great! Had a dead battery, got a jump start while calling Carlos at O'Reilly's, he made sure that they had the correct battery. When I got there he had it all ready and even switched it out for me. He had a great helpful attitude, they have never let me down.

Decided to go to this Orielly’s location and was promptly greeted by Carlos. He was helping another customer but assured me he’d be right with us. The customer ahead of me had his full attention until he had helped him. Carlos was so polite. He didn’t waste any time and knew exactly what i was looking for. He then offered to help me install outside. Carlos was wonderful. He had a great attitude. He was super friendly and quick. If you go to this location, ask for Carlos! He knows what he’s doing.

If I could give this store no stars I would, I went in on September 6, 2020 at around 12:00 p.m I was assisted by a guy named Carlos at the front desk. He was extremely rude didn't know what he was doing I bought a part at a different store and I give them my number and I got warranty, when I went in there he said my phone number did not match when in fact it did. It took him 30 min to even find the part. When he finally got it he treated us like criminals, we had to leave and go to the other store. Carlos was extremely rude and arrogant.
