I got my car serviced 2 weeks ago and im not pleased with it. I got an oil change and im pretty sure they didn't change out the oil filter. They made me replace the air filters and they didn't really need it. I asked them to change out one of my head lights and they "didnt have the tools" . Over the last 2 weeks I've been having problems with my vehicle shifting and and ABS light and the engine turned on the day after I got it serviced. I haven't went back because I don't want them to mess up my car more then they already have. I don't think I will use them again.

Grease Monkey had great customer service and was able to get my cars issues fixed with no problems. I would highly recommend them to someone who needs maintenance done on their vehicle! Definitely will be going back to them for any future needs !! Thanks Grease Monkey Washington Location!

I wish I could give Branden, particularly, at the Washington location by Costco, way more than 5 stars! He’s the most honest dude I’ve ever had work on my car! He’s also told me “Your car isn’t due for another oil change for a couple more thousand miles. “ TWICE he sent me away and I’m so grateful! I will always love and appreciate the flower and garbage bags you lay out so nicely when your finished! Love them!

Under 20 minutes, no long list of questions, they vacuumed my truck, there was a coupon available, and the waiting room had crayons and papers. Grease Monkey was an excellent experience!
