Today manager( male) ripped my necklace that I brought for sale right in front of me he didn’t even apologize. All he said looks like it’s broken. It was my husband’s gift. I didn’t argue because I had a newborn with me had to leave right away. Never in my life I have experienced such horrible customer service.

All the products are over priced . If u apply for credit they charge u a fiancé charge , my charge is 30$ regardless if u pay the minimum payment . The lady that help was very nice but did not let me know about any of this . I bought 600$ Necklace I later saw the exact same one in jc penny for 200$ . I’m furious. Super disappointed
