This was mu first visit to Sean's Jewelers and I was very pleased. My visit was for watch batteries and sizing of 2 watches. I was very pleased with the service and I ended up making a watch purchase. Very professional, very friendly, will be returning for additional purchases.

I love Sean's. Their prices are great, the jewelry is beautiful. I went in for 2 watch batteries and came out with 3 rings! They are friendly and knowledgeable, great customer service!

Jewelry looked dingy. Nothing sparkled. When we walked in I asked the person at the counter if she could size my husband's finger and she looked at me like she was offended. I told her that his wedding band was too big and we needed to have his finger sized and we might be interested in purchasing another ring. I dont know if she was just having a bad day or she just lacked the customer service skills needed for the retail sales industry but either way we wont go back that's for sure.
