I live in Yakima, and had to go to Tacoma General. My grandson was in a near fatal motorcycle accident and in ICU. In addition, my older brother passed away. While having dinner with my nieces to discuss arrangements for my brother thieves broke into my car and stole my backpack which had all of my medications. Also, my son in law was out of his medications. Needless to say we were under a lot of stress. The pharmacist and technicians at this pharmacy were absolutely superb, went above and beyond. They couldn’t get a couple to go through because of insurance, but called Kaiser and Bartel , faxed the necessary information to made it happen. Same with insurance override with my medications. I had been on the phone with insurance for over an hour and got nothing but roadblocks. Paras, Pharmacist, took that over got it approved and prescriptions filled. They couldn’t have been more compassionate. Sandra, Crystal and Paras we can not thank you enough. It’s people like this that makes the world a good place. If I could, I would give a big raise. Can't fill my prescription for six days. They keep making exuces like it's not ready, your insurance does't cover it or your doctor didn't appove. This is definately a worse pharmacy in industry.

The service here is slow as molasses. Been standing in line for 20 minutes now and still have a person in front of me and 3 behind me. You would think they could hire people that work a bit faster.

Usually dependable, but in last few months they run out of common meds even when their records show refills. Some meds they text refill order, others they don't text...??? Ordered a med yesterday, went to pick up, not there...can get from another store...so why not get it so they can fill order instead of waiting til we come in.
