Costco is amazing. I had an appointment at 4:30 to have 4 new tires installed. I got there at 4:25 expecting to wait. Nope, they got my car right in and said it works be done in 60 minutes. 55 minutes later, it was done. Very happy. Great service Anna great people.
Greeted when first walked in. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Needed replacement for a tire and the service was fast. Highly recommended
The mechanics at the Costco tire department in St. George have a can-do attitude. There was a problem on our truck from a previous installation at another tire shop. The mechanic at Costco explained the situation, possible outcomes, and solutions. We agreed on a plan and he was able fix the problem and get us back on the road. I don’t know the names of everyone who may have been involved in fixing our truck, but Anthony, Frank; Jim, and David are 4 who were very helpful and also very positive and upbeat. Their pleasant manners give the waiting room a positive vibe. I highly recommend them.

Lying to your customers to gain a sale, will never work.
I’m in town from slc for the weekend with my kids, woke to a flat tire Sunday morning. I Popped on my spare and drove over to Costco tire as they were only ones open. I’m a single mom and I assume the associate saw me as an easy mark. The associate there took a look at my tire, said that the nail was in my tire wall and he couldn’t fix it. He then quoted me for a tire at $187.00, a total price of $201 for a single tire (I drive a Nissan Altima) I declined and went over to another tire shop (BT Pearson) Monday morning. They took a look and said it was an easy repair (not on my tire wall) and charged me $21.00. (Also he quoted me for a new tire for my car at $87.00) Between the tire repair and extra hotel night I still saved over $100.
Your integrity stinks Costco, You’ve lost me completely as a customer over how blatantly dishonest your staff is. Well done.
