When our low mileage 1991 Ford F-350 needed a tow and work... Guys was the the highest recommended shop in town. He kept us informed of the repairs and the shop did a solid job... paying attention to details. If you need an honest and knowledge shop... this is the one.
Great guy. Extremely friendly. Owner works in office; I love seeing that. I stopped in with no appointment and waited. They took care of me with a fair price and cleared the schedule since I was waiting. I was out in 40 minutes. Somewhere else would have taken two hours. Definitely by go-to mechanic for St George now. I’m switching all service with my company fleet to him.
I dropped my car off for an oil leak, a couple days later I was told to pick it up. I came in to the office, they told me my warranty covered everything and my car was fixed. He was very clear about that.
A week later I look under my car and there’s a leak, call guys auto back. Guy answers and he says my car wasn’t fixed and the warranty did not cover it.
So I was lied to and confused. Definitely will not take my business back there. Terrible customer service, and they obviously do not have good communication between each other
Remember when you could just drop your car off to a shop, they would give you straight forward answers, with what they find. If you are new in town or in search for a shop for your family fleet or Business fleet. This is your shop. Guy is busy for a reason. Trustworthy and Honest and to me that matters more then warranty. I would recommend this shop.
Been to auto master a dozen times fair prices good honest people. They are constantly busy and you might have to wait a day but it’s worth it for the quality of work. Very good with diesel trucks, transmissions and your every day family wagon.
