It’s a nice spot to get vintage t-shirts, or anything else related to pop culture, and other things; however, right now I feel like the quality of customer service is pretty lacking. Went in there earlier today to return some shirts & the people working there today acted as if they didn’t wanna do their jobs, as if I was bugging them. I then asked a question about how long the money should be back in my account, and the girl who did the return for me caught the tone of being mad at me for asking that question. In regards to customer service, I feel like the Spencer’s store at Del Amo Mall might be better than this one here at the South Bay Galleria.
Great place for outstanding and unique gifts. I usually end up buying myself a gift as well.
One of my favorite spots to shop at the mall. Love the vibe and the cool stuff I find around. Also all the employees there are pretty good and welcoming.
I love coming here for the deals and the suprises it's a staple of the South Bay and I enjoy coming here
SPENCER' S:Ordered a costume on the 5th, said it would take 8 days max to get to me, but tracking says it's still in process on the 22nd. Cant get a hold of customer service and their policy is no refunds after the 15th This place will rip you off intentionally and get away with it.
