GTS Charter made planning my bachelor party so easy! They were helpful, flexible, and genuinely awesome people. I could not recommend GTS Charter enough for anybody looking for an awesome time in the Los Angeles area. If you're planning to use them, request Wes to be your driver... you will not be disappointed!

GTS Charter was awesome! Their energy produces is contagious! We didn't see any celebrities but it was ok cause she made it fun! Highly recommend!

I have to say the months leading up to our wedding date though nerve racking the entire team at GTS Charter Bus Company was amazing! We were mostly in contact with Lawana and Tommie two amazing dispatch operators there at GTS.nnWe obviously had so many questions and requests through the entire process again, leading up to our big day, and they were there to quickly respond to all our emails and phone calls giving us helpful and friendly advice throughout the duration.nnWhen we finally actually got to our wedding date and the days leading up to it we were absolutely blown away by the professionalism and attentiveness shown by all the drivers and again by the customer service!nOur practice ceremony days before also was without a glitch.nnI will be recommending GTS Charter Bus Company to all my friends and family who plan to tie that knot but also for any other event where reliable and great transportation is a must.nnAlso, their prices were without question the fairest in comparison.nPeople often ask us what the best part about our wedding day was and we both agree that first up is the fact that we married each-other, and that we chose wisely when we chose GTS as our shuttle service.nnLastly, if we had any advice to couples looking to plan their wedding (for the first time!) I think we would both advise that preparation goes a long way. When it comes to shuttling your guest around seek out professionals who have been in business for at least a decade or two, they will know best! I used GTS for my employee Christmas party last year and let me say the customer service was awesome the office staff was very quick to respond answering all of my questions in a timely manner and whenever I called I was able to to speak to someone. The driver arrived 15min before the pick up time called me to let me know he had arrived, he was well dressed ,very courteous and professional and the bus was clean. They have now gained a customer for life.nThank you GTS for making sure our experience was a good one.

I am guilty of leaving reviews typically when the service I receive is so-so but I want to break that habit and start off by leaving an AMAZING one for GTS. From start to finish the service was outstanding. The woman I spoke with, Lawana I believe, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and most importantly patient with me as I asked hundreds of question. She was able to anticipate my needs every step of the way which I appreciated and made the experience for us, just that much greater! It’s not often you find companies and staff that are willing to go the extra mile, not only because it’s their job but because they genuinely care about you & your experience. I will use them again in the future and recommend to anyone in need. Thanks a million guys, you all rock!
