Windward School
Reviews

Our daughters experience has been completely positive. We have been atnWindward for two years now, and feel compelled to write this review because our experience is so different than to some of the reviews we just read. To begin with, the students are kind, socially conscience and supportive of each other. At Windward, the parents are involved but nice. The school is small enough that teachers have the time to be personable with their students and invite one on one attention if needed. The campus is clean and beautifully maintained. The sports and performing art programs rival the best of the best.nnThe one thing I can say is that the school has been more academic than we originally perceived it to be. Even though this has been good for us, it could be a factor for students not realizing that. Also, there has been more homework than expected.nnThere are many great schools in the area and finding the school that is right for any child can prove to be challenging. We have five children and found ourselves at many of the private schools at some point or another. Our opinion is that we continue to be impressed with Windward and our daughter is very very happy being a student here.

I've thought about enrolling my 14 year old daughter in Windward and have heard so many amazing things about this lovely school. I look forward to the process and am thankful for the opportunity.

My daughter entered CTY at Windward and she had lots of fun.

Money is their highest priority. Students are just pawns. The diploma isn't highly valued. Academics are secondary (if that high) to profit. Big mistake, big regrets.
