Bought 3 necklaces in June, had one that broke in July, again in August, and for the third and final time in September when I was out so it's gone. Had them fixed at my jeweller of 20+ years.nThe breaks were all in different spots so I'm really disappointed to see that it only lasted for 3 months. I understand that they can't issue a refund because of wear and a different jeweller, but I'm just shocked that it's called an instant heirloom when they can't be worn daily.nTL;DR Customer service is A+, designs are gorgeous, but my pieces didn't last as long as I thought. :(

Logan pours so much love & care into her jewelry and you feel it when you wear it. Nothing compares! These pieces are absolutely worth the investment and you’ll be wearing them for years to come. The designs are like works of art & I get so many compliments. Caroline has assisted me with several orders and a custom piece over the years and she is so genuine & helpful. These ladies are not only extremely talented at making jewels, but they are also lovely human beings—authentic, kind, & the real deal.
