Really poor customer service. I wore a pair of their socks one time and followed the washing directions on the tags and they ripped the second time I went to wear them. I brought them in with the receipt and they wouldn’t even give me store credit or an exchange. They essentially blamed me for them ripping, not the blatantly poor quality of the product. It would have been much smarter of them to take some ownership and responsibility and to give me store credit to make me a repeat customer. Instead they have lost the business of a frequent shopper and former fan of their overpriced shop.
