I cannot say enough fantastic things about this store. Sean has created multiple custom pieces for me and each is better than the last. His attention to detail is second to none and I feel like he really cares about the customer's satisfaction. Every time I walk into the store, I am blown away by all the wonderful pieces and I believe his price point is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this store.

Their diverse selection and frequent cycle of both professional and local designers makes it easy to find something new every time. I am consistently impressed with their unique and high quality pieces, as well as their outstanding service! I have been and will continue to be a longtime customer. I recommend Heist to anyone looking for jewelry in Santa Monica at fair prices!

I took my engagement ring to Sean after having it made in DTLA and just not loving the prongs. We worked together to come up with beautiful new prongs. His work is incredible and is customer service is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. It changed our view of jewelers and we will be long time customers of Heist. He made sure I was happy and took his time to really make my ring the ring of my dreams. I can’t wait to go back!
