New ownership terrible. Rude and unwilling to help. No care for customers and wait forever.
Under new ownership and unwilling to help with anything but easy and very common prescriptions. Plus they take forever to fill prescriptions and never call back! Lot’s of other better options in the area. Used to be a lot better a year ago, too bad!
New owners and very unprofessional. The owner yells at his staff in front of customers. I had been going to this pharmacy for 5 years but changed due to the new owners unprofessional etiquette.
I just moved to the area and saw their post in social media, I went and visited the store to get my flu shot. It is a nice and organize independent pharmacy and they are friendly and professional. The prices were reasonable as well. I will go back there for sure.
I highly recommend MDR Pharmacy. They continue to implement improvements, like automatic order refills and local delivery, that support my preference to use an independently owned pharmacy. It's nice to support local business, but its best when they actually deliver more value - and they do! I'd to thank Tina for always making things right and making the choices that make using a local independent so rewarding.
