Antiquated software and unnecessary protocols create an unpleasant experience for the customer. The self check out machine didn't price clearance items correctly. The Extra Bucks cannot be sent to the card because the link is dead, website does not work and the cashier cannot see the reward I see on my account online until I send it to the card.

Last minute I had to transfer my prescription here. I called and spoke with a pharmacist and told him I'm leaving for vacation today and needed help getting my prescription since I couldn't get it mailed in time. I gave him the phone number to call to transfer my prescription. Within an hour I received a text that my prescription was ready to pick up! They were so nice in the store and on the phone. Without this prescription I would have been miserable on my vacation. They made my day and my vacation. Thank you!

the service here is amazing. the beauty consultant Melissa was wonderful! Usually when I go to ulta I feel like they’re judging me and wow she made me feel so comfortable!nnI just came in for some chips & dip and I ended up leaving with makeup I didn’t even know CVS carried!nI love how she knew everything I will definitely be coming back for her sweetness! ud83eudd70 we need more people like her in this world.

My doctor sent them my priscription. I called them and when finally got through Doreen said she would have to varify it with my doctor even though I have been their long time costumer, getting the same pills and same doctor for years, and I've been in their system for long. She never called me back. I called again and she said she couldn't get hold of my doctor. She said she would call the day after. I tried and tried and didn't get through. She never called me today either. Tried to call them no luck. I have to get through the weekend withoud my pills that I dasperetly need.That is what happens when a corporation monapolizes the market. I have had to deal with their rude and insulting behaviors Because they are the only one in my area who carry my medcation. They know you need them. It's a put up and shut up situation. But I will drive miles away to other pharmecy if I have to and never set my feet in any CVS pharmecies ever again.
