I had a horrible experience. Maggie Ku from Arcadia office made a mistake with my my flight ticket. She tried to make me pay $1000 to buy a new ticket. She asked me to pay with my credit card and then deny the payment afterwards. I refused to do it. She told me that she often let their customers to do so. She had bad service and bad attitude. I emailed her my deposit. She made me drive about 40 miles to their office to get back my deposit after I finished my trip. It was a nightmare!!!
The service is one of the worst I've experienced compare to any travel agencies. The lady who answered the phone put me on hold for a long time. Then the phone went dead just like that ....
