I have always been happy with the knowledge and care for me as a customer.
After reading all the positive reviews on Google search, I choose Gold Knox Jewelry to sell some coins I had with me while I was visiting from Texas.nI spoke with William and drove to his shop in Pasadena. He greeted me like I was an old friend, and he spent almost an hour with me making sure I was satisfied with the entire process.nThey are very knowledgeable, fair and easy to work with. The shop was very clean, easy to find and plenty of parking spaces in the plaza. I definitely recommend Gold Knox Jewelry And Coin Exchange.
I had some old jewelry to sell and found these folks online and because they were local and had so many great reviews I visited them today. William and his wife Helen are amazing and gave me a great price for my jewelry. I felt comfortable and had a nice time talking to them about their shop. I will be back to have them look at some silver Indian jewelry and antique items I have. Highly recommend this nice local family shop!
I visited the Gold Knox Jewelry and Coin Exchange and sold some of my moms old jewelry. It was a very clean shop and friendly service. I recommend them for any jewelry buying and selling needs.
I read all the positive reviews so I went to their store . Not much to see there and looked more like a check cashing place.. The other reviews must have been friends of theirs cause the man helping me wouldn't even give me spot price for my pure silver . Offered me $2.00 less than the current spot price and said he needs to make money . Left disappointed . Don't believe everything you read on the reviews.
