This place is the best place in Arcadia to get your ears pierced! They had excellent staff to help you choose your first pair of earrings and were also very friendly. Considering that this was my first time piercing my ears they ensured that I felt comfortable and safe. Love Piercing Pagoda !!!!❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

Hannah from Piercing Pagoda in Arcadia did a wonderful job speaking to my apprehensive 8 year old daughter as we were planning to get her ears pierced. Although my daughter was excited, she was also very scared for the unknown/pain factor. Hannah explained things very clearly, got her excited about picking out her earrings, and allowed her to ask all the questions she had. What was nice, was that Hannah also had someone else who was working there, help her so they both pierced my daughters ears at the same time. This was perfect, as my daughter only had to go through the piercing part once. They both did a great job and I do recommend them. Thanks for a great first time experience!

I got my ears pierced here and although it's a bit pricey versus going somewhere else, the service and quality of the pearl starter studs were worth it. I also received ear care solution instead of having to buy any. The manager pierced my ears and he was warm and friendly, narrating the whole process. They also have a good refund/warranty policy and will give free earring backings within a couple months of purchase. They also have a wide selection for adults and kids.
