Bought a necklace set and bracelet for my wedding and was super excited, i droved over 30miles for this store. I ask if i could exchange it because I realize didnt match my other accessories once i tried it with my dress. I called the store to see if i could exchange it. The associate told me that could not exchanged my necklace so I ask to speak with the manager. They told me to callback on Sunday. I call twice on Sunday and the manager refused to answer my calls. I spent $60 on my jeweley and planned on spend $150 more for my bridesmaids. Since i received horrible customer service I will be going elsewhere.
