Very professional, experienced staff. I am having my non-traditional, 25-year-old wedding ring repaired, replacing a chipped topaz and re-shaping the ring itself. I spoke at length to the gemologist who is doing the work and I am confident that it will be done correctly, promptly and at a good price.

I had the most pleasant experience with Lucy and George at the Westfield Santa Ana location. Lucy is the most genuine and kind lady and she made my time at the store so wonderful. She was patient and helped me find the perfect gift for my mother in laws birthday.

Sandy assisted my wife and I, she was great! She found a perfect matching diamond band for my wife's wedding ring at the best deal. My wife and I went to several jewelry stores and Sandy beat all of their prices. The atmosphere was pleasant and check out was a breeze. Kevin's Jewelers has a huge sale right now btw.
