Had an excellent experience here at Claire's in the Santa Anita Mall today. My 6 year old daughter got both ears pierced this evening. She's always been afraid to go through with it but the workers here made the whole procedure so easy and anxiety-free for her. Big thank you to Jojo; a very bright personality, helpful, informative, kind, and considerate.

You should go shop at Claire’s because they sell all kinds of things that you will love. They sell phone cases, room decor, toys, school supplies, bags, and jewelry. Claire's is an awesome shop because of its price, service location and the items that they sell. If you are a person who likes to just shop around and put items into your basket, then Claire's is your shop. As you go in the workers would tell you about their special offers and then they will let you go shop around. Their items aren’t overpriced most of their items have a reasonable price. Claire's sells almost everything you would want.

Great experience. The staff is kind and very helpful. I have specific needs for sensitivity and Claire's has several options. I am pleased with my earring purchase. Be advised: The store is at the JC Penney end of the mall.

I got my ears pierced at this location and was immensely dissatisfied with their ear peircing service and after care 3 week solution, which was recommended to me at the service. I got my ears periced on September 28 and my peircing have still not healed even with the proper application of the 3 week cleansing solution. In addition, the pericer told us that using alcohol or hydrogenperoxide would be “unsanitary” and should buy the 3 week cleansing solution comming to a grand total of 70$

I got me ears pierced there with friends, but after a week they got infected. They didn't give me precise instructions on cleaning you ears, not only that but they say after 6 weeks you can take them off and you only clean them for 2 weeks which resulted for my ears to be very swollen and red. Now my ears are fine, but I still worry over my ears getting infected again. Plus getting an infection because of earrings can be a serious danger, so I'd recommend cleaning them ever day and when you're showering. Clean your earrings under hot water with soap, any kind of soap works whether it's body wash or others, since you'd wash away any unwanted bacteria. Honestly wouldn't wanna come back, I'd rather go to a professional instead.
