Loved my experience buy my pre owned Pam today.nTom and Linthy were personable, professional and gave me a A+ buying experience. Tom took the time to get to know me and talk watched which is always fun. My new is Pam full box and papers, excellent condition. Would definitely check these guys out.

Full disclaimer:nI was offered a discount on my watch repair because they expected the repair to take quite a while. However, they didn't ask for anything in return and this discount does not really affect my opinion about this place.nnI had some problems with my old Omega Speedmaster and decided to come here to get it repaired/serviced. I happened to contact Tom at an awkward time; the shop was being renovated and it was in the middle of the quarantine. However, he was more than happy to meet up with me and give me an estimate. He was extremely professional and explained his thought process as he inspected my watch. About 10 minutes later, he gave me a quote and I was on my way. I was told that the repair to take well over a month due to the quarantine, but I had the watch on my wrist after about 3 weeks.nnWhile the cost (about $500) is more than what another, smaller watch repair store would charge, it is still less than taking it to an Omega AD. The watch was cleaned, repaired, and lubricated, and a few parts had to be replaced (gasket and tuning fork). So, the price was pretty fair, especially considering how well it turned out. Also, I am usually willing to pay more for better service.nnOverall, Tom is a great guy to talk to who seems to really know his stuff. I would definitely recommend this place if you need your watch serviced. I plan to have another one taken in in a few months. Can't express how seamless the experience was in selling my watch to Tom. I was a bit cautious upfront but he was 100% transparent all the way through. His offers are fair so I'll definitely be reaching out to him to sell/buy future pieces. Btw, I heard he just got the Sold Out Omega Moonwatch Apollo 11 50th Anniversary, get it while you can! They carry some of the most popular Rolex pieces like Pepsi, Hulk, Batman, Batgirl, Rootbeer, etc.
