I would appreciate if LUCY or yourself LAURA return or pay back for the two months of RENT in which money orders where placed in Lucys mailbox, ( I am VERY aware of this incident has happened before with another tenant) we trusted you as property managers ; however both of you have taken advantage of your positions.nnThis behavior is unacceptable and very unprofessional. You and Lucy will be reported, and My lawyers and I will take further action for her negligence and a full investigation will be taken EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.nnWe will escalate this situation if not resolved. I have a lawyer already on stand by, ready to proceed to go to court. A lawsuit will take place; however We have decided it would be best to deal with this matter first, outside of court, otherwise we will proceed and take ALL action necessary.nnI have also recorded our conversation and all messages saved between you and I, Laura you threaten my life, if I didn’t leave Elmwood park mobile home; this is VERY UNETHICAL and violates the Washington State Tenants Rights.nnWhen we Spoke in Starbucks inside of Fred Meyer on Wednesday, January 8, 2020. The purpose of that meeting was for me to tell you that I did had intentions of moving out but was not set on a date and yet you still threaten my life after the conversation was over!? Since that day because my life was in danger and threaten, I had to call police to have my self escorted inside the domicile 1009; 29Th ST PL NW Puyallup, WA 98371 to retrieve my belongings. We have been here for 7 months and love it

Nice family oriented park. Lots of families! Management works hard to keep drugs and violence out of the park. We have lived here for a few years and have never had an issue with anyone. Most are owner owned mobile homes with a few RV/5th wheels.

As a prospective buyer of a mobile home, I find the photos most unuseful. They are much too personal and distracting to an outsider.
