Never harrassed by management
Cozy, friendly, family oriented but a little crowded. Has laundry room on site and walking distance to Lucid pot shop ud83dude01
The manager is professional and courteous, he explains the rules and regulations in great detail, he gives every detail to let you know what your options are, what the neighbors are like, etc. This is not a perfect world, and like every place you go you are going to deal with the same problems, but I love how nothing is sugar coated to make it seem like you're moving into a five star resort, not trying to bash on its appearance. It's a quiet community with an awesome manager, who simply wants decent people to move in, but who doesn't. If you can't pass a background check, please be courteous and don't waste their time.
Its definitely not a high class place but it's not terrible either so far. There are a loylt of run down trailers in it but lot rent is only 500 a month plus utilities.nnSo far its been pretty quiet except for road traffic as its near a major highway but further into the park you dont really hear it.nnIts fairly close to puyallup and the big whiskey bar if your into that sort of entertainment.
