Took my bracelet here for repair and was told will be ready in 2 days. Called back after two days and was informed it will be ready the following day. Called the following day and was told it will be ready by 3 PM same day. Lady called at 3 PM to tell me she it won’t be ready that day, but she will call me the following morning to advise. She never called that morning, so I followed up that afternoon and her reason was she has a lot of work and if I need it I should come pick it up otherwise, I should leave it for a week. Wow!!! Don’t waste your time going here or maybe it was just not on her priority list. I believe if you run a business you should strive to deliver on your promise - be professional and don’t expect customers to always understand your excuses. Never ever here again. Couldn’t find half a star for them.

I went there yesterday to have the battery of my watch changed and the strap of my other watch changed as well. The lady who did the services was polite and professional. She told me that her batteries have a year of warranty, The store also has a lot of choices for leather bands for watches. She also gives a loyalty card for battery purchases.

Priscilla was very nice and friendly. She helped me get some rings resized and the price was great as well as the time it took to get them fixed. I also bought some jewelry from her location, too. Very pleased with the customer service and how accomodating, knowledgeable, and personable she was with me. I will definitely be coming back for more jewelry and any services I need done. :-)
