I've been to Daniel's Jewelry for most of my holiday shopping. I recently bought some ear rings for my mother. I loved the explanation and options given by Alma. I am always feel welcomed by her great customer service, and energetic personality, I will continue coming back to Daniel's Jewelers in Pico!

I made a mistake and walked in with a watch that needed a new battery . They sell all kind of watches but the female employee told me that they didn't have the tool to open up the back of the watch to change a battery...!!!!nThe place is ghetto anyway so I'm glad it went that way....

The rudest employees I have ever dealt with. They are scammers and liers and are out to trick u they have no return policy or customer satisfaction do not deal with ALMA she yelled at me and argued with me when all I asked to do was return the product within the 10 day guideline. They made me never to want to shop at Daniel jeweler ever again don't ever get scammed by these people!
