I had both my rook and conch pierced by Adam, who was knowledgeable, honest, and super rad. He didn't recommend that I get 4+ major piercings at once, especially since I needed time to heal.

Expensive .. it was my first time opening a credit account because I needed to start credit since I had none .. I bought a diamond cluster ring with diamonds, white gold and supposedly 14k. ND I SAY SUPPOSEDLY... because I went to 4 different pawn shops to test it . And all 4 confirmed it was NOT 14k . Its 10K . And to top it off and make things worse they told me the diamonds were really bad quality and had lots of incrustions in them and were milky white when they looked at them with the loop. Which makes the diamond bad quality . A good quality diamond is supposed to be clear no incursions and not milky color . Then they told me how much I paid . And once I told them almost 3,000 they all told me the same thing in all 4 pawn shops . They robbed u . Because its 10k and the diamond are really bad quality. For that price u can get a real 14k ring with Better diamonds in a pawnshop . I still have not gone in the store to tell them . Because I haven't had time because of my work schedule. But when I'm off I'm gonna go in and speak to then . I have my receipts were it clearly says it's a 14k ring and all . I want my money back . Or change it for a real 14k ring with better quality diamonds..

Highly recommend. I went to 4 different pawn shops around the city and this place gave me the best deal- by $100! And I went the same day, so the rates on gold were the same. Very friendly staff. Did not try to pressure you or push you into selling. I also had another piece that was not worth much, and they recommended how to sell it online as a whole piece for more than it is worth.

I will be going to another don Robertos i have been a long time customer. And every single time i go to make a payment the manager here Arcelia always tries to sell me something. I still have a high balance of over 2 thousand. I let it slide a few times. But the last time i went i told her im only making a payment. She was like buy a chain i told her no she became really annoying insisting , it was a thick chain and over 2 thousand . So she like no down payment . I told her again NO. Because then my balance is gonna be over 5 thousand . She like its fine . um no its not! She made it sound like it was nothing , she crazy! so as i was leaving again. She caught up to me now insisting i buy earings . I walked out there mad . geez i know they wanna sell but cmon! I went to another don robertos in pico rivera to make a payment afterwards and the lady much better there. i told her payment only and she like ok no prob and didnt insist on selling me stuff. So i will be goin to that other store in pico from now on.
