Swarovski Citadel Outlets

Such cool stuff, but holy moly, are they overpriced! If you're willing to drop some dolla dolla bills, then this shop would be great for gifts! It's a small space, but they do a nice job of filling it cute little thangs.

Citadel outlet (7/10/20 about 4-5pm).The store manager was very disrespectful, unhelpful & unprofessional . Per my experience, whenever I went to any Swarovski shop they are very nice, helpful, welcoming and professional, but in this case the manage was very disrespectful. I had a defected item and also and also an exchange one that per Glendale galleria Swarovski my request could be honored. She rejected me in a harsh way and when I told her That Glendale store said different things she called Glendale store and instead of talking in front of me she went to back office and when she came back she told me that outlet policy is different than store policy ( while when I called Swarovski customer service they said return policy is same for both stores and outlets)& without apologizing that she judged me as I’m a lier .she just left the cashier and went to a customer . Also regarding the defected item : the stones came off after short period of using & at the same store a few days earlier one of the associates told me that if I have original box and no receipt that’s fine they can exchange it for me , & again the store manager in a harsh way rejected me and said they can just pay minimum price !!! How come associates and manager understanding from a policy is different!! I drove all the way back to outlet to exchange the defected item and I confronted an unprofessional manner . Really disappointing.

I have had the opportunity to shop with Tanisha several times and she is amazing!! She keeps up with my purchases and reaches out when items arrive she knows I will love. She certainly knows my style! I found this little store while traveling to LA on business. I met Tanisha then, and she has become a favorite Swarovski gem! Thank you Tanisha for such awesome customer service!
