My husband and I have been customers for a while now and just wanted to express our gratitude for one of your regional managers, Richard Fowler. My husband and I live in Okinawa, Japan- he is in the military. Earlier this year I came back to the states to work in a Covid ICU as a nurse, I ended up staying for about 6 months before I returned home to Okinawa. During this time I had bought a new ring enhancer. While my ring was in Helzberg Citadel’s possession, being soldered and sized... the whole state of California shut down due to Covid. My ring was now essentially unable to be delivered back to me until things opened back up. Unfortunately, after a while my travel nurse contract was over and I needed to return to Okinawa. I was so worried that my ring wouldn’t be able to be returned to me and that I would have to make another trip to the states to pick it up.nI had called customer service and was told essentially there wasn’t anything they could do, but would notify the manager.nThat’s where Richard came in. I cannot express how relieving it was having someone local to help. He did all he could in order to get my ring back to me before I left America again. He was able to use his personal time to go get my ring from the repair shop, and meet me near the Helzberg store at citadel to return it to me. He went completely out of his way to help me and I am very thankful there are still people like this in the world. I hope somehow he can be recognized for going above and beyond his duty. Because of this, my husband and I have decided to remain loyal customers for life, and we tell our friends and family that they should do the same.

I’m not into jewelry that much but came out with a custom made pendant another necklace for myself and two for friends plus a whole bunch of earrings all for a very good price.

Came today because I received an email a few days ago saying my order was ready for pick up come to find out the item isn't even there yet. Have to make another drive yet again.
