I could not have asked for a better experience! I took some jewelry of my moms and had 3 rings made and they are all beautiful. The care that was extended was equal in quality to the product produced. They are professional, kind and value customer service and quality products. Amy Johnson was amazing as she listened to what I wanted and made the vision happen. I highly recommend Johnson’s Jewelers and will definitely patron them again.

Outstanding, in every way. I inherited my grandmother's 1950s wedding ring set and wanted to use it for myself -- but it needed sizing and, I learned, had all kinds of damage (it's only 60 years old, right?). From the first text, jeweler Amy Johnson (I think she's Johnson?) was helpful, communicative, and honest about the damage to the set, possible limitations in repair, and best practices to bring it back to life. The store was very well controlled in COVID times, and Amy turned around the ring set, looking good as new -- no small feat! -- in about a month. The (now welded together) ring is gorgeous and bright. I love it, and I know it's as beautiful as it was when my grandmother received it. It was not inexpensive, but it was work done right. I found the wedding ring that I was looking for in their showroom. They were then able to make one to match for my husband so we have matching bands. They turned out beautiful and exactly what we each wanted. We recommend Johnson Jewelers to all our family and friends.

We got our jewelry appraised here, they use an outside appraiser but the process was smooth and easy. The ladies were so kind and gave us tid-bits of information on the store, no crazy pressure to buy things. Good little small town feel too.
