This company is absolutely fantastic!! They have helped me and my family in every possible way over the past year! We, too, were part of a trip to Italy that was cancelled due to COVID. We had to sign documents acknowledging that we had travel insurance. I booked mine through Costco and called them to confirm that I had the required insurance before signing all of the documents. After signing up, we added an additional family member, they were very accommodating. We then asked to add a Tuscany extension, again they were very accommodating. We then had fraud on our credit card, they were again very helpful. When the trip was cancelled, we received a large partial refund and they provided all of the documentation for me to submit to Costco to get the balance. We got every penny back!!! They then followed up later to make sure we had received all of our money back. They are a class act. I highly recommend them!!!!

My child's group booked a tour with Inside Europe for Summer 2020, which obviously did not take place due to the COVID pandemic. The group fully intended to travel as soon as any restrictions were lifted, but of course the pandemic got worse into the late spring and summer. After months of trying to get a refund and more information from the agency, the organization finally had to accept Inside Europe's offer for a refund that was less than 60% of a very large payment. Many airlines and travel businesses have offered full refunds or at the very least 100% credit for travel that could not take place because of the pandemic. What makes the situation even more unacceptable is the fact that the Inside Europe agency refuses to account for how they came up with the number. I can only think that Inside Europe is trying to make a profit without providing any travel services. Highly unethical!

This company is incredibly dedicated to their customers and to quality travel at an affordable price. Recently our family's third scheduled European trip with them was cancelled due to the Coronavirus. Despite the company having already paid for most of the trip to third party vendors and not being contractually obligated to the travelers, the owners have expended enumerable hours of uncompensated time securing refunds and credits, all to pass along to their travelers. In an incredibly stressful and financially devastating time for the travel industry, iNSIDE EUROPE has gone above and beyond for their customers. Kudos!

As you can see from this companies response, they are resorting to lying about their clients in order to maintain some sort of reputation. We were never late! What kind of co. does this? After over 3 months and numerous emails and calls for communication from them did they choose this way to respond? BTW- still have never received a personal email or call from them to directly communicate with us. Mrs. Weinchart and Mr. Keppler as you can read are back peddling and making up lies now about clients. Great business practice. They know full well that the Travel Guard insurance that they tried to force us to purchase never would have covered a pandemic. Still no refunds or credits to speak of. It’s just very unfortunate that they have chosen to deal other clients in this way. Mrs.Weinchart has even stooped so low as to bad mouth our family and make up lies about us on her own social media.nIt’s not even about the money at this point. So wrong of them on so many levels.nRun for the hills! Think twice about using this company. Awful. Unprofessional and shady business practices. Our trip was scheduled to leave first weekend in June with a big group. They cancelled our trip and told everyone that we should have bought the travel insurance that they recommended- not that it would have covered anyone under the circumstances. They then tried to get our group of approximately 60-70 to sign “ hold harmless” agreements to give up our rights to a refund. Still have it. A month goes by and they send a email stating that they will force refund a small portion and that is to be accepted by us as full refund. Not another email or communication for another month..We are waiting for over $6,000 to be refunded. They sent a email in July stating that if anything, they would be working to get vouchers... crickets. No communication, if you try to call them, their number no longer takes messages, they refuse to answer emails asking for a update. Sandra the owner is in hiding somewhere and has other people speak and write emails for her. All social media is shut down for comments... wonder why? Phone number not working? Her husband Ted, does not respond and we are still waiting for them to do the right thing and at least show some professionalism. There is video of the owner lying about what transpired and saying she had employees to pay and she had bills to pay. And others don’t?? To not even communicate In any way or respond to numerous email pleas for an update has left us no choice but to take legal action.nRecommendation to anyone thinking of using this company for your child’s concert tour, or for any tour for that matter, think again!! They will happily send emails to remind you of your payment schedule to them but forget it if you want anything more. They blamed all of their vendors and “ partners” in Italy for not refunding or giving vouchers to customers. To throw those poor businesses under the bus like that is pretty bad. I’m sure they have no idea. Hotel Cenecolo in Assisi is being contacted to verify. Most of Sandra’s vendors likely were not even paid up front so of course how can they even attempt to issue a voucher? I’m sure Sandra had bills to pay and trips to jet off to as you can see on their sm. They can file BK and reopen under a different name but that won’t stop the bad reputation from following them or from the refund that is due. We are looking into seeing if they took advantage of the government bail out, that will be interesting. Crazy how this company thinks they can just keep people’s money, not communicate and not even attempt to give updates on vouchers or remedies. The complete lack of care is disturbing and is very obvious that to them, it’s okay to treat people this way. To do the right thing is not in their business practice. The bogus review about how they are working uncompensated and tirelessly is ridiculous and most likely one of their own employees put up by Sandra and Ted. $6,000 gone? Don’t think so. We have time to wait this out. Awful company and the worst customer service we have ever encountered.

RIPOFF COMPANY!!! Refuse to refund after they canceled our trip, forcing us to resort to legal action... $10,000 they have of ours and refuse to return...
