I used to come here between 2006-2010. The staff were really nice with everyone. I didn't seem to see any problems between freshmen through senior year. Made the best time of it. I do know there's new programs that weren't around when I was there along with a pool and the freshmen are now separated from the others from what someone told me. Overall just do easy classwork and homework and its an easy grade. I remember ditching a lot and as long as I did any work I missed it was a pretty simple easy thing. Overall its a nice school. Much better now.

I graduated in 2011 (CLASS OF ACES). When I attended, I noticed that when you have a great leadership team working in the offices and classrooms with one common core goal, you end up with a bunch of successful students. Granted, there were a few students who still struggled academically, socially, and mentally (me being one of them) but there was still hope and support given. Cabrillo High School is a great school because of the support system, and staff involvement. I now notice that there are more curricular activities and student participation from when I was there. The school is moving in the right direction. Six years later and I couldn't be more proud. GO JAGUARS!

I loved coming to this school I graduated in 2014 this school was rusty on the outer edges but from the inside it was beautiful even though there was a group of bad influences there was also the group of kind and helpful people. Everyone had there own type of people where they fit in so it was a comfortable place for everyone. Some of the teachers were also alright but there were also motivating teachers as well 3 of my most favorite teachers were ms. Godfrey, Mr. Williams and Mr.Hankinson they were the reason why I graduated. Highly recommend those teachers

For people in West Long Beach, Cabrillo is a school on the rise and is building a name for itself. On some occasions, the football stadium is used by other schools for playoff games. Example is Avalon Schools' 8-man football team, which hosted Sage Hill in the first round of playoffs. There are other schools far superior to Cabrillo but this campus holds its own.
