Really not the best place to live if you're worried about rent/space increase. Within a year there have been about 1 new fee for parking and 2 new rent increases, it's a one year lease and after that they increase your rent $100 for month to month renters. There's no renewing. Dont get suckerd into promises of selling you the mobile home, when you're about to sign, they tell you, you can only rent and not purchase due to the fact of permits they haven't got and work they haven't completed. We were desperate to move out of where we were living so we went ahead and moved in expecting to buy within 6months.nThe work they do on trailers is so so. It isnt that good. We've had to have our tile regrouted, and will be needing it again for the 2nd time in less than a year.
