Nice place, Doris the owner is a great person very friendly.
This is a great little Park clean no BS managed well reasonably priced high percentage of out-of-town contractors everyone takes care of their spot friendly love it . There is a nice and sincere sense of community rare thing these days.I have zero complaints about this place so if you need a place to stay while working the refineries shut downs. this is the place
The park is in a bad area of town, but its behind a secured gate. Nice laundry facilities. The people inside the park are nice & quiet, but the surrounding interstate and housing can be very loud, at times, no matter where you are parked. The spots are very very close and tight to get in and out of. Miss Doris and Martine are super nice and helpful! We would stay here, again
Loved staying here no issues and was helped by the landlord very friendly place to relax and get away from anything
I went there to visit for a bbq, due to completing a project at Chevron in El Segundo, California. Everything was good at the bbq except right whenever we were leaving. Some elderly, white lady pulled up right next to us as we were walking to the vehicle, with an attitude and grumpy. Asking who was parked at the wash station and saying that it wasn't a proper parking space. But there wasn't any NO PARKING signs.
