Aweful place to live or visit. Manager Cheryl is menatlly unstable and abusive. I am visiting my sister and the manager tried to illegally evict my sister twice. During the second court proceeding the manager yelled rude obscenities to my sister. The manager drives by the trailer sticking up her middle finger up. My sister is forced to sell her mobile home and move due to the continual harrassment and elder abuse. I have heard neighbors talk about the manager taking all possesions and mobile home from deceased senior residents never contacting family members to get there loved ones possesions. This is a on going issue in the mobile home park. The owners should do something about this unruly manager. It is obsurb behavior and criminal to say the least. DO NOT BUY HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A PEACEFUL LIFE!!!
Worst place to live. Manager is rude and runs the place like a concentration camp. Treats the elderly bad especially if you are a woman. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I certainly agree with the 3.9 rating. I've been living here almost 19 years and I have seen deteriation of the park. There is apparent drug trafficking in a section, frequent plumbing, water, and electrical problems, and not the best rapport with management. Also, it doesn't seem to be so Senior anymore. There is a plethora of persons being inconsiderate of trash disposal. I think an association is needed.
