I love my home that I share with my wife and puppy. Management is amazing, very helpful and friendly. Compared to other places I've lived. Onieda is wonderful, and maintenance is always thorough as well. The cleaning lady is the sweetest woman you could ever meet!!!nI definitely recommend living here.
The manager/owner is using a loophole in the law buying units saying there for sale way over price so she can rent them out making alot of money and on top of that trying to get a %28 rent increase saying profit is down %58 because she is keeping what she makes separate the park. Now that we have renters lots of little problems we never had be dumpsters all ways full cant use the pool its all ways packed now. Small things missing and such.
