I usually do not leave reviews but I HAVE TO. I have been very displeased with the service provided here. I had a package that I was waiting for in JULY and never got it. Usually they take a picture to let me know they delivered it but this time there was no picture. I went back EVERYDAY for a week and was given the run around. I was disrespected by the staff for simply caring about my package. I was disrespected by the manager as well who showed no empathy or efforts in trying to find my package. I have moved from that location and decided to drop it.nnWhy am I reporting this incident from JULY now in SEPTEMBER?!? I finally got in touch with my aunt 2 days ago who sent me a package prior (I never received that either). She told me that the package got sent back to her with the contents missing. It is extremely disheartening that we have to worry about thievery at all much less, IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC.nnThe name of one of the managers I spoke to: Miliama misannThere were others. An average height black lady with glasses was the other manager.nnPLEASE!!! AUDIT/INVESTIGATE this place. No one should ever have to experience what I have experienced. If I need to follow up, I will make the time. This is absolutely ridiculous.nnThe lackadaisical attitude in that place is insane.
This place is not even worth one star, but as usual you need to put something in order to comment. The lack of professionalism in this place is over the top from managers all the way down to their employees. The thought of losing a package, or having items stolen is crazy. These people don't handle your package with care and if you talk to them about it they don't care. I'm sure they wouldn't want that happening to them, but God nah sleep.nnThis place needs to be investigated and closed down as soon as possible.
I DONT KNOW HOW MANY STARS TO LEAVE! BECAUSE I HAD MAIL & PACKAGES STILL BEING SENT TO MY 0LD ADDRESS ON STONEBRYN DR & I WANT TO TAKE CARE OF THIS TODAY! I NIW LIVE IN SAN PEDRO & MAIL IS NOT FORWARDING TO MY NEW ADDRESS! THE CLERK AT THE COUNTER KEEPS BUZZING FOR SUPERVISOR TO COME & THIS OTHER CUSTOMER & I HAVE BEEN WAITING LONG & NO ONE COMING! I WILL WAIT LONGER CUZ THE GENTLEMAN CUSTOMER WAS WAITING BEFORE ME FIRST! AND I DONT KNOW HIW NAIL CAN GET LOST!! PERHAPS THE P.O. SHOUKD WARN THE PEOPLE AT MY OLD ADDRESS THAT IF THEY HAVE ANY PACKAGES STILL BEING SENT TO MY OLD ADDRESS THAT THEY BETTER GIVE IT OR KEAVE UT TO THE MAIL CARRIER TO PICK UP! UZ KEEPING & STEALING OTHER PEOPLE'S MAIL IS A FELONY!
If you leave a package with its own label there, it can be lost. I left it there, even cannot track for 10 days. They lost it.
Despite the bad reviews, things went smoothly for me. I had to send a priority mail package and the staff was very helpful. Also, I was there for only about 10 minutes.
