Worst customer service, it's literally non existentant. Whoever hired these deplorable a should be held accountable. JUST DO YOUR JOB and if you hate your job, local McDonald's is always hiring.
Worst USPS! First they attempted to deliver my package in the mailbox, which they have access to, could have just left my item there or by my front door (it’s a gated area so it’s safe). They left a note with no tracking number, it didn’t say signature required either. So I signed and placed it in outgoing mailbox. Almost a week later the note got placed back in my mailbox with tracking number instead of attempting to deliver. Then I used that info to schedule a redelivery online, and got confirmation number. They never deliver! Nobody picks up the phone at the office. It’s like a ghost service!
Came to pick up a package. Line was short. Lady was nice. No complaints here
What can I say. JUST DO YOUR JOB. They will not deliver my mails because our INDOOR dog is barking. LOL. You need to do what they say and won't hear you else you will never get your mails. I will at least submit a complaint to Consumer Affairs.
This place is never open to get mail from the post office box. Don't bother on the weekend cuz they're closed.
