10/21/20 Mailman doesn't scan packages when they deliver them to East 219 Street Carson CA 90745, it went out for delivery and then nothing. Either they are incompetent or thiefs, either way the mailman should be held accountable or fired. There is plenty of good people looking for work right now. This caused me to lose over $130. Won't pick up the phone either. DO YOUR JOB.
Don't go to this post office location unless you're directed to pick something up from here. Even then the women working here aren't very helpful or nice at all.nnGo to the satellite office at the Carson Mall is a better option for any other postal needs.
My mail carrier is a great guy. Unfortunately, the women at this location do not share the same work ethic. They are rude and are quick to just tell you to go file a claim since they don't want to actually help you find your package that they lost. They act like they don't want to be there and it shows.
Customer service is horrible! I was on hold for literally 30 min ! 30 min and when the dude finally answered he made me feel really rushed. I was in the middle of asking a question and he straight up said “I don’t know what you talkin bout” can’t even use PROPER language when talking to a customer.
This post office got nothing but rude employees and negligent staffs. Been calling the office for 3 DAYS. I spoke to LISA and other employees after being on hold for 30 MINs and now none picks up the phone. Left my information, they put me on old and never gets back to me. Same “modus” that they do, put me on hold and say they will get back to me and put me on hold and never gets back to me. No wonder with 80+ reviews its only 1 star. This place is a MESS.
