Your website kept making me redo my online order. I physically called and ordered over the phone. When I got to tore I had multiple orders when I had emails which I showed Tortorella staff stating my order online was not successful. It was time consuming and this is not the first time this happens. I lost credit from my points for 2 large pizzas the last time it did the same thing. Its too complicated as good as your pizza is I am not wasting my time

My order was missing toppings such as the crust flavor I selected. The pineapple and ham pizza I order was missing pineapple. I called several times and was hung up on or had loud music playing when the phone was answered. The order was being re-made and when I called for curbside pick up the employee was cutting me off while on the phone.
