Gems and Jewelers are simply amazing. They were able to repair my necklace as if nothing never happened. Ms. Kathleen was the most kindest and sweetest person to make sure I was completely satisfied. There was also another gentleman who gave me a very educated walkthrough on the capabilities in specializing and making every piece all its own. This tiny but wonderful gem I will come back to for any future repairs or for a one of a kind signature I can expect from Gems and Jewelers!!!!! Thank you both very much!!!!!!!
I had a bracelet repaired here, and the intake was professional, fair-priced and I felt very comfortable leaving my jewelry for repair. It needed its loops repaired (where they were wearing thin) and they did and incredible job matching materials. Have every intention of making this shop “my jeweler”.

I came in yesterday (9/8/20) to get my necklace fixed that had broken in two places on the chain. I was pleasantly greeted by a friendly young lady.
