They only get two stars because I feel bad for them along with their trashy selection of old items.nnI felt like I was in Back to The Future, and stuck in the 90’s.nnThe attendant was a complete joke, and he was very arrogant without manners. I’m a professional businessman and this was impressive to me.nnAfter having to repeatedly buzz into their shop to bring in the items I wanted to sell, with no assistance from anyone. I was very fair with our bartering.nnHe decided not to purchase one single thing only because of what must be pride or spite...both u attractive features for any shop.nnI had a drone I know he wanted that isn’t even available yet. He took it to the back of the store with little care (denting the box is a no-no)...and lies to me about its price. I work with many companies and know most drones out there.nnThis one isn’t available to the public yet but he told me he can get it online for $60. The MSRP is $299.99 and I’ve never even used it. What a loser...I’m going to OfferUp for my sales from now on.nnGood luck if you read this because I laugh. You are like a library...going out of style like it’s your job. I guess it really is?nnOverall, I highly think you try other places around before resorting to this s-hole.

Don't get played get paid. With Big Store Pawn Shop! The best price I have ever gotten when I sold my gold. The customer service these guy Steve present is prestige .There is no better pawnshop in the city of Torrance. I don't care what anybody says about these guys they are the most reasonable pawnbrokers you can ever meet.

WoW. They are amazing. I just got a ring from them 3 TIMES(!!!) cheaper then the same ring sold in Del Amo Mall!!! My gf will be so happy. I was thinking its some kind of mistake or a trick, but the manager explained to me why its so cheap in pawnshop and so expensive at the mall. I did my own research and he was telling me the truth. The dude is super nice, I've even get something for myself too. They have a very nice selection of knifes and guitars. Defiantly will be back.
