One of the most unprofessional team and services I have ever encountered. They not only gouged us on pricing they were non responsive to all of our calls, emails and text messages. Be aware do not pay them anything you will never get any service back from them. They don't return your calls or respond to information - please do not use them at all they are a very small company with very bad service and attitude. My family and friends will never use them again!
Bad service. They don’t answer your messages. Waited 2 weeks to get 1 flight information. DON’T Do any business with them. So unprofessional. They take your message and tell you they will call you back in couple of hours, days will pass by and no response. Never experienced this kind of treatment with any travel agent before.
Worst service on earth. My parents went on a cruise and my mom was injured and broke her arm. The travel agency was all in board. And not one went to check on my parents to assure she was ok. Then I find out that my father had expressed to them that he has some heart problems. But the agency failed to advice my father to purchase extra insurance. If you are looking for any type of travel do not waste your time or money on this travel agency.
