Got 5 tickets to Europe in January 2020 but covid19 pandemic caused cancellations for all flights.nThis agent did nothing for us to get refund or credits for future! I did couple calls to them to see what should be done! But No response!!!nFinally I called the airline and my credit company and file a clime to get my money back. Never recommend this agent and will never get tickets through this guys.Not professional at all...

I was in their office with my wife on January 27th 2018 for reserving flight tickets .They reserved and told us they will give us a call to make sure and make payment .we waited for two weeks and we didn’t get any responds. When we called them they told us that they don’t have any reservation.I don’t recommend this agent.
