Great service. We got a package out the the Bahamas during this summer - I was so happy with everything that was provided to us by Joy. We dealt with a few different staff members and everyone was awesome. Super responsive, knowlegable and helpful. Also a great deal - couldn't even come close to finding a better price. Joy travel helped us plan a trip to Jamaica. I dealt with a couple associates who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were unbeatable, but honestly the service was so great, it does not even compare (last year I went with another agency and it was a mess). Everything on the trip was so smooth, even though I've heard some stories of hardships for traveling to Jamaica. I'll definitely be coming returning the next time I travel.
