If there was a way to leave negative stars I would. I have never been so upset or disappointed with a service.nnI have been trying to follow up with an inquiry about a list package that says it was delivered but it was not.nnThe mail carrier came to my house spoke with my husband and told him there was nothing he could do and he might of put the mail in the wrong box. Then he asked my husband if it was a large or small package that was missing.nnClearly the package was not in the mail box so he would have no clue of the package was small or big or in a box or in a envelope because we never received it. It was not in our mailbox and there was no key for the package box. It is your responsibility to follow up on packages you lost not make me and my husband knock on everyone of our neighbors doors and ask if they got it. So now I’m out both money and Christmas gifts. Thanks USPS for being absolutely worthless.nnThe next day we get our neighbors mail in our box and made sure to give it to them. Clearly they have no clue and don’t care to pay attention to what they are doing.
I love this post office. Its so much better than the one near my house that I will drive out of my way for this one. The folks are helpful, parking is fairly accessible (with extra street parking almost always), and it's cleaner and less backed up than the one in my area.
25 minute wait for a book of stamps. You might be safer going to a pharmacy if in high a risk group.
All 3 envelopes I sent this year never made it to their destinations. The two most recent letters were very important and were dropped in the parking lot drop box on Saturday at 5:30pm. If the amount of collected mail after the weekend has significantly decreased? Mail theft should be looked into. The Montrose post office doesn’t allow for evening mail drops because of this problem.
Parking is tight but I love this station. Clerks are the best. Compared to others this is my favorite site.
