WOW . I usually hate the post office until today . Thank you Jerry for being patient and explaining the money order process .nMake this guy a manager , he should train all postal workers on customer service !!
The Service: When I walked inside, it looks like historic building. Different feel than other post office I have been to. There is only one kiosk in the lobby. The staffs are efficient.nnThe Parking: Private lot next to the post office.
10am to 5pm? Really? As with much of the traffic that flows through that office (by step and by car) you would figure they would be open 9am to 6pm! It’s a satellite station but really it should be also considered a very busy one. Major Holidays it should be extended hours 8am to 6pm. From the personal POV there should be two automated machines since one is usually non operational. Three postmaster tellers is not enough when there are two additional that are fully functional and should be manned especially a week before Holiday. Really a poor way to run a postmaster station. This from the U.S Postal service that screams there’re losing money! Competition’s fierce so step up your game!
Beautiful historic building but every time I go drop something off the staff working is either being rude to someone or rude to me.
